Executive Management                              
Jeff Olejnik, President
Mr. Olejnik has 15-plus years of business development experience in IT services and an extensive background in developing IT, telecommunications and security solutions. He is often asked to share his business continuity and IT security experience by leading industry organizations, such as the Minnesota Bankers Association (MBA), the Minnesota Legal Administrators Association (MLAA) and the Minnesota Security Board.

Prior to founding Assurity River, Mr. Olejnik was vice president of sales and marketing for a leading IT consulting/management service provider, where he was responsible for developing managed network services and security. He is a Disaster Recovery Institute-certified business continuity planner (CBCP) and an active member of the Business Continuity Planners Association of Minnesota. 

Susan Judge, COO
Ms. Judge has extensive business and technical expertise in developing high availability solutions and response and recovery strategies.  Leveraging her internal IT management and technical consulting experience, she has exclusively focused on BC/DR for several years. She was previously a member of the disaster recovery team of a Fortune 100 financial services company and managed a network operations center that was responsible for managing thousands of global IT assets.

In addition to being a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), she holds certifications from IT Service Management (ITIL), Microsoft (MCP), Novell (CNE), Citrix (CCA) and Unicenter Engineer (CUE). She serves on the board of directors of the Business Continuity Planners Association and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at St. Thomas University.
